New Zealand headquartered Mortgage and Property Valuation Platform Valocity have earned Microsoft Gold Partner status and co-sell ready designation under the software giant’s One Commercial Partner (OCP) program, a significant milestone that positions it for growth through Microsoft’s own international networks.

“Becoming a Microsoft IP Co-Sell Partner is a game-changer for technology providers because the program gives them support from Microsoft’s large, global sales force to drive new business, in new markets” says Hamish McNee, Microsoft New Zealand Snr -ISV Partner Development Manager.

Microsoft’s global sales force will now collaborate with Valocity to accelerate its expansion plans globally.

Valocity’s Platform connects the entire ecosystem of lenders, brokers, valuers and their consumers in One Smart Platform to digitise and streamline the property valuation process for a faster path to yes.

At over $230 Trillion dollars, real estate is the world’s most important and valuable asset class. But before a lender can say yes to granting a mortgage it must validate and value the property.  This along with increased customer expectations, risk management, regulatory complexity and manual processes are all key drivers for property valuation innovation.

Valocity’s modular, customisable cloud-based platform digitises the entire end to end mortgage valuation process with Microsoft Azure services, delivering API’s and micro-services through browser-based and mobile apps, integrating seamlessly with legacy banking infrastructure.

Founder and Global Chief Executive Officer Carmen Vicelich said “Partnerships are the key to our success. We have always partnered with the industry to co-design the platform and microservices. So, it’s fitting that we’re now partnering with a global technology innovator and leader to accelerate our international growth strategy.”

In November Valocity won the coveted Fintech Start-up of the Year award at the India Fintech awards as global recognition of their innovative platform and global growth.
