From shaping the future of spatial computing as Chief Business Officer at Magic Leap, to leading digital transformation at SiriusXM, Rachna has consistently turned complex challenges into high-impact outcomes. She has executed strategic partnerships with industry giants like Lucasfilm, The New York Times, and the NBA, as well as advised and invested in some of the most exciting early-stage tech companies across the US and UK through her firm, EQ Partners.
Currently a board member of Shutterstock, Ryman Hospitality Properties, Audiomack, and Lotus House, Rachna brings a rare blend of commercial acumen, cultural intelligence, and governance excellence.
