Australian lender, Pepper Money has launched in the New Zealand market as Pepper New Zealand Limited and selected Valocity as their Property Valuations Platform partner.

Greig Holston, Head of Sales Operations and Fulfillment for Pepper said, “Pepper Money is excited to be launching into the New Zealand market. As part of that process, we sought to partner with providers like Valocity, who could match the same flexible approach we take to lending.

Pepper Money offers a wide range of home loan options designed to suit the needs of a broader group of New Zealanders. Instead of simply ticking boxes, Pepper likes to get a detailed understanding of a customer’s situation before offering a loan that suits their needs.

That same flexible approach being adopted in New Zealand has seen Pepper Money grow to become the truly global alternative lender we are today. Pepper Money operates in Australia, Asia, the UK, Europe, and now New Zealand.”

Valocity founder and CEO Carmen Vicelich said, “we’re delighted to be working with the Pepper team, it’s always a great validation to be selected to partner with ambitious clients wanting to deliver innovation and customer-centricity to the market.

We know every lender like Pepper Money has a unique story so we’ve designed a modular digital platform to empower lenders to create bespoke, seamless customer experiences.”

Valocity’s intuitive and customisable digital platform automates the entire mortgage property valuation process. In less than 5 years the platform has supported over half a trillion in lending decisions through lenders across New Zealand, Australia and Asia.
